I cannot connect my Mindflash account to Salesforce


There are a few reasons why you are unable to connect your Mindflash account to Salesforce.  The following are some reasons and troubleshooting options.

  • In order to connect your Mindflash account to Salesforce, you must be an Administrator in Mindflash.  To learn more about the different role types in Mindflash, click here.
  • Your Mindflash account must have the feature to allow for the Salesforce connection to occur.  Please contact Mindflash directly for assistance where we can verify if your account has access.
  • You do not have sufficient permissions in Salesforce to access the "Setup" tab in the Mindflash App for Salesforce. Please contact your Salesforce system administrator for assistance.
